Full Disk access required

🪲 Description

The Macos on my MacPro 15" is VENTURA The access at the hard disk is ok because the authorization is indicated but I can't downloaded the installers HIGH SIERRA to put on my IMAC 8.1.

Describe clearly and concisely what is not working.

📋 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Mist.app
2. Click on ...
3. Wait for ...
4. Observe error
