[ENH] Add geolocation information #54

What would you like to see added in this software?
Opening an issue here after chatting with @oesteban and @satra about telemetry.
Plausible analytics uses DB-IP for country-level geolocation and has the option of adding MaxMind's GeoLite2-City (requires API key) for city-level geolocation. As far as I can tell both of these are free (with paid tier for more features).
From a brief online search I also found ip-api which seems to have country and city names (free for non-commercial use with some limits on number of API calls from same location). Don't know how accurate it is but could be worth checking out too.
