Add unique and deterministic identifier to outputs

A short summary of what you would like to see in NiBabies.

For large scale studies (HBCD) or multiverse analyses, it might be useful to create a unique hash to better identify outputs. Preliminarily, it would be based on:

• version
• inputs
• arguments

A run uuid is already created for each invocation, though this would differ as it would be deterministic.
