-U / --update-input is not working

Hey i just tried

nh darwin switch --update-input workkit -a -H mac .

and that didnt update any inputs while

nix flake update --update-input workkit

updated the input as expected :)

Please let me know if there are any additional logs or infos i can provide to help solving this, i think this issue is there for a longer time now, since i cant remember this working.

--update and --update-input was recently changed, mostly recently in #317 and once before that for 4.0.0. Sincee I don't really use update myself, I can't bee sure when it was broken but I'll try to investigate when I have some more time. Until then, please run nh commands with --verbose and provide the output for above commands.
