Access for @miladfarca to chair build wg meetings

I'm looking for more volunteers/people who can chair the build WG meetings.

@miladfarca works with myself and @richardlau and has been in the meetings for the last few months and has volunteered. I'd like to create the issue in the admin repo to get him access to the zoom/youtube to be able to chair.

Any concerns/and or any other volunteers that I should ask for access so you could chair as well?

Hi @mhdawson, may I ask is there any requirements to submit an applicant?

@iuuukhueeee it should be somebody who is a regular attendee and participant in the meetings and is working on some aspects related to work of the build working.

@mhdawson While I have limited experience with build-related tasks, apart from my involvement in this issue, I am committed to regularly attending and contributing to meetings. I would like to volunteer as well.

@iuuukhueeee I think its a bit early on that front. I think first we'd need to find some things you can contribute to beyond attending the meetings.
