Ditch NPM and Move to PNPM instead!!!

Hi

Can Node ditch NPM and move to PNPM? So, the next release of Node ships with PNPM instead of NPM. NPM is slow and it has a bunch of other issues too. PNPM is damn fast. We should use tools that care about developers and DX.

They should replace NPM with PNPM instead.
Things should be straightforward. We shouldn't need to think about what package manager we should use or which is better.
I don't see any value in using NPM instead of PNPM. PNPM does it all better.
Replacing NPM with PNPM would result in better DX for the whole community.
PNPM is what developers want, and there shouldn't be any place for politics!
The old tools like NPM and Yarn should be deprecated, and developers should be advised not to use them.

1. each tool has its advantages and disadvantages.
2. Forced PNPM will block future customer manager packages.

Personally I think we should default to corpack unable and not default to any specific client.
