templates folder should not be copied to target dir

With current implementation, all folders found in the src directory are copied in the target directory.
I guess the templates dir is not useful after generation and should not be copied.

I tried to exain that to @estebanlm but did not succeed 😏 I think the same that the default layout (you don't have to use this) should be directories next to each other making src only contain what needs to be processed
