Nornmalization deactivated for Entity

@JosePizarro3 Why isn't there any normaliztion run for GeometricSpace?

The problem was when passing archive as None, but nowadays I think is much better to pass an empty EntryArchive() even for testing.

I added the super.normalize and check the new testing, and everything passes.
