AVX not detected on Zhaoxin CPUs

Bug Report

GPT4All is unable to run on Zhaoxin CPUs with AVX support telling that the feature is not detected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a PC with a Zhaoxin CPU with AVX support
2. Install GPT4All through flathub
3. Try to open it and see the error message suggesting no AVX support

Expected Behavior

GPT4All is able to properly detect that the CPU has the feature and allows to run it.
