[Feature Request] page should contain both the starting and ending page numbers #278

页码应包含起止页码，而不只是起始页码。
当样式仅需要起始页码时，应使用 page-first 变量而不是 page 变量。
当前转换器难以获取到终止页码，因为很多网页都仅包含起始页码。
当 page 仅含有起始页码，同时包含 PDF 时，插件应可以通过读取 PDF 页数，并在起始页码基础上推测终止页码。
