Potential Bug? Platform not creating EPUB

Description

Background

There is an option to create an EPUB from any uploaded text. In the tab for a specific text, you can select the option to create an EPUB. The platform will generate an EPUB and provide a button to download the EPUB.

Issue Summary

I was testing this feature and selected the option to enable EPUB for a sample text. I waited about an howr and nothing happened. I consulted a colleague from another instition that uses this software and they provided the screenshot showing the download option I'm supposed to see. I was informed it may take around 30 minutes to create. I tried a second text and waited days, but the option to download EPUB never appeared. I immediately have the option to disable EPUB, so maybe it's there but no way to download?

Acceptance Criteria

• Diagnose problem
• Result: User can enable EPUB
• Result: User receives option to download EPUB within a reasonable timeframe
