The reph overlaps the vowel signs U+110B5..U+110B8. In Devanagari, the reph goes to the right of the above-base part of the analogous vowel signs, instead of always in the same position relative to the base; maybe Kaithi is similar.

I don't know where it should go; in Devanagari it kind of merges with the ra hook. We would need to ask an expert; @pandey, what does your font do in this situation? 😀
