Unpublish when create new version

Unpublish page published when new version is created

Describe the bug

Hello,
We have in our workflow people who create content, but don't publish it.
Actually we created an author role for them to only contribute not to publish page.
Unfortunately, when authors save page to create a new version it unpublish published version.

Expected behavior

• When a new version is created with save button, do not unpublish published version
• When we save a draft version do not create automatically a new version

• Node.js version: 20.7
• Strapi version: 4.15
• Plugin Version: 1.2.9
