Cannot save any existing content type after update from 0.4.7 to 1.2.9

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to 'Content Manager'
2. Click on 'Any existing entity'
3. Update entity and click save
4. See error

Expected behavior

Entity can be saved

@Ballonek I ran into this same issue and fixed it by setting the env var DATABASE_CLIENT=postgres

getLatestValueByDB expects this environment variable to be defined.
