MetroLog for .Net 6 and Maui

Hi there !

Just to let you know that I created a fork supporting .net 6 and .net maui: https://github.com/roubachof/MetroLog

I uploaded the packages as MetroLog.Net6 and MetroLog.Maui.
I hope it's ok with you @clairernovotny... I am a huge fan of metrolog for its easy to use setup and small cpu print. I use it in all my app projects, I think it's a perfect fit for the mobile platforms!
