Node Package Manager

It would be funny if it appears the first time, so that one person doesn't notice anything.

I've seen the header show "Node Package Manager" before... at first I actually thought there was some other problem and the "name randomiser" had suddenly stopped working. imagine my surprise when I discovered they weren't actually randomly generated, just randomly picked from a predefined list..... 🤷🏼‍♂️

anyways, a little more on-topic.. in all hoesty, I doubt this request will get very much attention. the "official" name has quite literally been in the source list since the first commit back in 2014, and this is the first (and currently only) request for this change.

I guess only time will tell hey..? 🖖🏼
