Update the ACA to process version 1.1 of the TCG Platform Certificate Profile Specification. New features of version 1.1 of the specification include: * Delta Platform Certificate attests to specific changes made to the platform that are not reflected in the original (Base) Platform Certificate. This enables multiple vendors to produce platform certificates for the same device * Component class sequence is used to identify the type of components * Component status to denote when a component is added, modified, or removed
