User Story
As a user I should be able to track the amount of ingredients used since my restaurant opened.
Acceptance Criteria
WHEN the user visits the reporting page
THEN the user should see the ingredients dashboard
AND the user should be able to make a selection from a dropdown for the period to monitor
AND the user should be able to view lifetime ingredient usage
