Re-order component identifier index to build sequence #1

Change identifiers like R5,10-13 to lowest index. Generally suggested assembly order, as in smallest first, and logical sequencing considerations.

Example for resistors in this particular build. 0603, most common values first. Then 0805's. Similarly for caps, then diodes, etc.
