your list is amazing, i have been searching for stuff like it, thank you so much for making it

can you add a few details to the list:

• list all the languages and application types available on the free tier eg. for render that would include web services (for web applications) etc. render free tier doesn't handle command-line-interface based scripts, so that's why such information may matter for quick decision making
• size limits etc

again, really grateful for this list
