remove minified assets from github

Hey all, I think the minified assets should be removed from github. That way developers dont see minified assets. Anyone wanting to run tmbo code in production could run the minifier themselves on their production host.

The asset system was built so minified output could be disabled relatively easily—changing the body of AssetFile::useminifile() to return false should accomplish your goal. This way changes unrelated to JavaScript wouldn't have to pay any unrelated performance penalties in a dev environment.
