Performance comparison

Running on ECS with 512MB of RAM and 256 Milli-CPU. Both targets are low-traffic.

I haven't seen a ton of performance difference on the frontend side.

This project is only setting last-modified headers, whereas the original implementation is setting the ETag header as well.
