Hello, I'm having the same issue, with a fresh Laravel 11 installation, PHP 8.3.3

So I fixed this issue by changing the PHPUnit version in composer.json file.

Set this

"phpunit/phpunit": "^10.5"

then run composer update

Unable to install with Laravel 11 using PHP 8.2.12.

I also tried with --with-all-dependencies but the same outcome.
