shift+backspace does nothing when `use_kitty_protocol = true`

Basically the title, and it should be easy to reproduce. This is notably different from the default behavior of readline with zsh-vi-mode and vim itself, and it is annoying/unexpected when holding down shift typing in upper case.

Is the expected behavior to delete the char? I am getting that behavior while holding shift:

I get this for version 0.106.1 and 0.108.0.

I'm using Linux (NixOS) with Hyprland, kitty, and nushell version 0.108.0.

I actually couldn't replicate this inside of tmux, so then I tried setting use_kitty_protocol = false and it fixed the problem. I'll edit the description of the issue.
