ETA for Blender 4.5 LTS Support?

Is there an ETA for when Blender 4.5 will be stable for self generation, and an ETA for when a defacto PyPi package will be available for consistency?

I've been looking through the commits and cannot quite tell at which point 4.5 support has become stable due to some conflicting information from PRs and issues for things working/breaking.

(And a happy new year to all the devs supporting this project, it's a real lifesaver especially for people that don't have the bpy API committed to memory)

(P.S. as a small bug report for the readme that you're probably aware of, the 4.4 and 4.5 package links are 404s because those packages don't exist yet)
