Standalone Migration

Thanks for this great effort.
When using your standalone migration examples, my migration works fine. However when I try to add more classes using include files (separate files for separate content types for example), the migrate module recognizes only the last declared class.
Of course I've tried drush mreg and clearing the cache. I even uninstalled and installed all the relevant modules and my custom module.
Does anybody know why this may be happening?
