nuxt-bridge not being rendered on server side

Describe the bug
Upon page load before hydration, I can see that all vuetify styling / elements are not present.

To Reproduce
https://github.com/stephenjason89/nuxt-bridge

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to localhost:3000
2. Refresh the page
3. Notice the page before hydration
4. See error

Expected behavior
All styles and elements should already be present upon server side rendering
