Return types of `useScript` are `any` since unhead 1.1.0 integration (v0.7)

🐛 The bug

Reproducible with 0.7.0 and upwards (due to the new unhead integration)
Not reproducible in 0.6.X and lower

Resolved by updating the lockfile so unhead v1.10 is used everywhere (pnpm update)

This seems to occur regardless of the unhead version. My vue-tsc typecheck is throwing the following errors just because I have @nuxt/scripts installed:

I used the latest unhead 1.11.0 and also tried overriding the unhead version to 1.10.0 but it does not seem to help. Could it be something else?
