How to add code block in list item?

So pretty often I write todos like

- ( ) do something
- ( ) Fix this bad thing
@code
some bad code example
@end
- ( ) do something else

Thing is the code block isn't a part of Fix this bad thing list item which is okay for unordered lists but it breaks counting for ordered lists.
Is there a way to make codeblock to be a part of list item instead of separate node?
