Syntax highlighting Incomplete

The syntax highlighting seems to be incomlete. For example. headings and code blocks are just white.

Here is my init.lua:

I'm having a similar problem today, but only if I load a norg file from the LazyVim session on the Dashboard (press s on the Dashboard). And the syntax activates if I open another ui element, like an Telescope window. Very weird.
