How to insert current date and time

Is they are any way (easy) to insert the current date/time ? For example when I start something in the Todo I like to insert the current time.
The calendar feature work fine, but only insert the date...I need something more accurate like 2025-11-06 19:17:50

Its a Neorg add on that implements Agenda and Roam features. But you can choose to not enable the roam features.
