My <CR> is maped to : but it doesn't work in Neorg

The title says it all. Neorg is dope as f*** BTW
My mapping :

nnoremap <CR> :
vnoremap <CR> :

Got it :

        ["core.keybinds"] = {

            }
        },

It would be nice to have this working out of the box
