"Enable folding" not working

Description:

I enabled the "Enable folding" setting but I seems like it has no effect at all for my project.

Things I've tried:

• Restarting PhpStorm
• Invalidating Caches
• Re-installing the plugin

Settings > Keymap > Main Menu > Code > Folding > Toggle Folding
