Create an API that uses MeshDB data to take an integer parameter and identify if it corresponds to a network number or install number. e.g.
73 -> Neither
328 -> Install Number
238 -> Network Number
714 -> Network and Install Number (different place)
5916 -> Network and Install Number (same place)
12341 -> Install Number
Perhaps we should also give out the UUIDs of each of these objects?

@james-otten has an idea for a "device programming kiosk" where you enter a number and get a device that's configured. I think there was also an ask for this from @danielhmetro while he was working on a feature for his KML tool.
In some situations (especially when dealing with legacy data) it's very nice to be able give the user only a single field for number entry and not make them tell you if it's an install or network number
