Add tests for meshforms

Better tests. I am not really sure what these would look like, but we ought to at least be able to test that api.ts still works.

Yeah like, now the result from the query form is totally different. The backend just gives us a fully different datastructure. That kinda thing must be testable, though it may require some kind of really complicated integration test.

I'm not 100% sure what was meant by this. I think that we need an integration test that confirms that each form in meshforms still works, so that if/when someone changes the API in meshdb, it doesn't break.

I've got some basic tests over in (#58). We've got some integration tests that hit the devdb.

TODO:

• Copy these and make unit tests that can run on all PRs
• Make these only run on deployments
• Make these run on the meshdb repo

Oh, also, I want an integration test to confirm that the join form submission was logged.
