Set up automated tests using the Slack API to do something like:

  1. Post a message in the #support channel asking for help
    a. Confirm that the bot responds appropriately
  2. Post a message in the #support channel not asking for help
    a. Confirm that the bot doesn't respond
  3. Invoke the API to simulate a user clicking the shortcut on the non-help message
    a. Confirm that the bot responds appropriately
