This milestone aims to increase the discoverability and usability of streamtools. Includes updates to the GUI and the creation of a project site and consistent messaging of streamtools as an open source project.

We should be able to deploy a streamtools pattern to a distributed, highly available platform. This milestone should capture any issues associated with converting from streamtools to other systems.

This milestone addresses ideas associated with using streamtools as a hosted service. We'd like to support multiple users and/or workspaces, and to provide the opportunity to provide a hosted service to users.

By this milestone we should have a consistent testing framework in place. For basic tests we'd aim for ~85% coverage and for integration tests we should have a complete set of examples that test each block at least once.
