oVirt Ansible Collection documentation on Ansible Galaxy needs fixes #769

Visiting the oVirt Ansible Collection documentation on Ansible Galaxy I see:
The "Upstream oVirt documentation" points to https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/ovirt/ovirt/index.html
I would suggest to rename the section to "Ansible Community Documentation" as "Upstream oVirt documentation" is supposed to point to oVirt website or oVirt GitHub.
The "Downstream RHV documentation" section points to https://cloud.redhat.com/ansible/automation-hub/redhat/rhv which resolves to a 404 error. I would suggest to remove the section.
