Add tests to logic functions on validator to increase coverage

I assume test coverage dropped to 89% when I introduced new validation mechanism, and some of the functions on oae-util/lib/validator.js have not been tested, especially the logic ones like unless or validateInCase, etc.

But we should investigate further in any case (beyond the validator file).
