Ignore dollar signs inside tikzpicture, tikz, circuitikz, etc.

I've been using this package the last few weeks, and while it works great, when using `math-delimiters-no-dollars`, it breaks tikz's calc lib, which uses dollar signs to mark a calculation.
It would be great to have a variable that's a list of environments and commands that `math-delimiters-no-dollars` should ignore.
