Add `-o` to `rofl machine logs`

Sometimes you want to send ROFL logs to someone. Doing `oasis rofl machine logs > logs.txt` won't work, because you need to enter password to unlock the account. I suggest we add a `-o` parameter for outputting to file similar to what we have for other commands.
