hone is not able to process single class

Let's make it possible to process single class using hone. Also it would be nice if hone's not using docker if phino is installed on local machine

@maxonfjvipon how exactly you expect hone to behave? You can process a single a class already, by saying:

mvn org.eolang:hone-maven-plugin:optimize -Dhone.includes=/target/classes/Foo.class

Just one class will be optimized.
