`README` lacks instructions for `phino` usage in `XMIR` to `PHI` transformation

I'm trying to transform XMIR to a PHI using phino, but the README lacks instructions on how to run it. Please add the correct usage instructions to the README file.

@yegor256 @maxonfjvipon could you help me with it, please? I tried:

phino rewrite SessionTrackingMode.xmir 
[ERROR]: Couldn't parse given phi program, cause: program:1:1:
  |
1 | <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
  | ^
unexpected '<'
expecting program

The --help option doesn't say anything useful:

Phino - CLI Manipulator of 𝜑-Calculus Expressions

Usage: phino COMMAND

Available options:
  -h,--help                Show this help text
  --version                Show version information

Available commands:
  rewrite                  Rewrite the program
  dataize                  Dataize the program
  explain                  Explain rules in LaTeX format

I guess, it should be something like the following:

 phino rewrite --input=xmir --sweet SessionTrackingMode.xmir > phi.phi

Can we mention it in the README as well as in --help?

Moreover "Rewrite the program" is a bit misleading. Which program? Why program, if I need a file?
