[DOC] : how to port other libs svg create packge in the monorepo ?

• I see PR https://github.com/oblador/react-native-vector-icons/pull/1630/files add lucide icon but now vector icon move to mono repo and seem no more active on this PR
• so is there any genreator ? to create sub package in monorepo ? or we need to create manually ?
