UK is there right now under "English GB"
as far as NZ/AU i dont think there is enough difference from en-GB to justify it

Canadian English could be considered, a copy of en-GB with the following changes:
Synchronise -> Synchronize
synchronise -> synchronize
synchronised -> synchronized
Customise -> Customize
customise -> customize
But the difference is still very minor.
