Needs to be able to ignore the presence of other tables

I find it pretty common to have a migration system managing some but not all of the tables in a DB.  Currently beam-automigrate always complains and tries to drop any tables that it doesn't know about.  I'm not sure precisely what approach it should use to accomplish this but I think it's an important use case.
