原始需求，同一个集群本地部署了一部分全功能副本，远端部署了一部分只读副本，业务在远端的请求只需要进行弱一致读，
目前的实现需要在请求SQL加hint或者在session上加变量，想通过配置obproxy的方式，达到访问到远端的obproxy的请求进行默认弱一致性读。
