VSCode extension does not handle ConsumerParameters as optional fields

When using algorithm with additional parameters, those input parameters should be stored within ConsumerParameters. For the moment the extension does not have support for ConsumerParameters.
And blocks the testing for #60 and #59

Have an optional section for providing consumers parameters as input for algorithms within the extension.

It's not a blocker, as the examples don't need to have consumer parameters. And the template shouldn't have consumer parameters, it introduces unnecessary confusion for new users.

This is something to consider adding when publishing and consuming assets is reinroduced into the VSCode extension. Right now the vscode extension is just a way for people to run algorithms that they have locally. So, there's no real need for consumer parameters at the momemt.
