[Feature]: Support using macOS Live Text feature for OCR

Describe the proposed feature

The Live Text feature in macOS is much more accurate than tesseract, especially for handwriting. So, please add an option to use Live Text in OCRmyPDF instead of tesseract for OCRing PDFs.
