[Feature]: hide warning for "lots of diacritics" when scanning languages like 'spa' or 'fra'

### Remove the warning for diacritics in languages that use them everywhere

Spanish or french has a lots of diacritics per default, other languages too, maybe or them its not necessary to display the usual warning of `lots of diacritics - possibly poor OCR`
